Earlier this month BE FORWARD Tanzania welcomed, Japanese Senior Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Norio Mitsuya, along with other government members from Japan and members of the Embassy of Japan in Tanzania. We introduced the delegation to the BE FORWARD Tanzania team, where they learned about BE FORWARD’s operations and future business goals in Tanzania.
Japan has been enjoying friendly and cordial relations with Tanzania for five decades now. According to the Embassy of Japan in Tanzania, import from Japan to Tanzania has grown by 248% in 10 years (2001 to 2011), amounting to 22.7 billion yen (equivalent to approx. 281.4 million USD ) in 2011.
It is sure that in the near future the economic relations between Tanzania and Japan will reach a new stage of cooperation.
