But it is not easy to bid and buy products for foreigners, as it requires good Japanese skills to navigate the website and to communicate with sellers in Japanese, and it requires a physical address in Japan. BE FORWARD AUTO PARTS Yahoo Auction Service provides assistance to foreign bidders. We can bid and buy auto parts on your behalf, as well as ship the auto parts to you.

Cost Breakdown

 

A) Item Price

The Item Price includes the price of the item including tax and the delivery fee from the seller to our storage.

 

B) Handling Fee

The Handling Fee includes bidding and buying on your behalf and handling the item/s. The fee depends on the size of the item/s. Refer to the costs below.

Small: (Example: Lights, Mirrors, ECU, Speedometer) ¥ 2,000
Medium: (Example: Differential, Strut, Wheel, Fender): ¥ 3,500
Large: (Example: Engine, Transmission, Door, Bumper): ¥ 6,000
Item Disposal Cost: Only applicable to tires

 

C) Storage Fee

We can keep items in our storage for free for a maximum of one month. But a Storage fee after a month costs ¥100/1M3/Day.

 

D) Crate and Delivery Cost

This is a domestic transportation fee to the port. If you choose Less-than-Container Load (LCL), all goods should be made with crate packing.

E) Freight Cost

We ship through Less-than-Container Load (LCL). There are two types of LCL: Freight Collect and Prepaid. In the case of Freight Collect, the clearance fee on the Japan side will charge you after the shipment.
