Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from September 1 to October 9, 2026, ending at 3:00 PM Japan Time (JST). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible. Prizes are awarded in rounds during the Campaign, with a Grand Prize announced on October 9, 2026.

Eligibility

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. The Campaign is open to legal residents of eligible countries and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Campaign is open to both BE FORWARD and non-BE FORWARD customers.

• Record a 15–30 second vertical video of yourself or your group dancing and/or singing along to the BE FORWARD Song.
• Post your video publicly on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok with the hashtags #beforwardsong #sing #dance.
• Tag @beforward on Facebook, @beforward on Instagram, or@beforward_japan on TikTok.
• Your account and post must be set to Public for the duration of the Campaign so that your entry can be viewed and verified. Private, deleted, or edited-to-private entries may be disqualified.
• You may submit more than one entry and may enter on more than one platform.

Prizes

• Grand Prize (3 Winners): up to $3,000 each in BF Points, awarded on October 9, 2026.
• Round prizes (6 Winners): $1,000 each in BF Points awarded on each platform (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) during the Campaign’s prize rounds (September 11 and 25, 2026).
• BF Points are credited to the winner’s BE FORWARD account and may be used toward eligible purchases on the BE FORWARD websites, subject to the BF Points terms of use. Read about BF Points here.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by BE FORWARD from among all valid entries, under the supervision of BE FORWARD. Selection
may be based on a random drawing and/or an assessment of creativity, energy, and adherence to these rules. BE FORWARD’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Campaign.

Winners will be notified by direct message within seven (7) days of each announcement (September 11, September 25, and October 9, 2026) and will also be posted on the official BE FORWARD Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts within sixty (60) days after the Campaign Period ends.

Requirements for the Winner

• Upon request, the winner must reply to BE FORWARD to confirm acceptance of the prize on or before the deadline stated in the winner notification message.
• The winner must provide the details required to credit the prize, including a valid BE FORWARD account (or must create one), and any information reasonably needed to verify eligibility.
• The winner agrees to have their name, country, and photo(s)/video posted on BE FORWARD’s social media (SNS) pages and, if necessary, to take part in a winner’s interview for use in BE FORWARD’s promotional materials.
• BE FORWARD shall have no liability for any winner’s failure to receive notices due to the provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information, privacy settings, or other security settings. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, fails to respond within the period required by BE FORWARD, fails to comply with these conditions, or fails to timely return any required confirmation or declaration, BE FORWARD reserves the right to forfeit the prize and, if time permits, select an alternate winner.

Use of the BE FORWARD Song

The BE FORWARD Song is provided by BE FORWARD CO., LTD. By entering to this campaign, you are granted a limited permission to use the BE FORWARD Song only to create and post your own entry for this Campaign.
You agree that you will not:

• alter, rewrite, add to, replace, re-record, or distort the lyrics or music of the BE FORWARD Song;
• use the Song for any purpose other than your Campaign entry, including any commercial use, resale, or redistribution;
• combine or present the Song with content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexual, violent, misleading, unlawful, or that could harm the reputation of BE FORWARD, its staff, customers, or any third party; or
• use the Song in any way that violates the rights of others or the rules of the relevant social media platform/s.

Any use of the Song not expressly permitted here is unauthorized. BE FORWARD may, at its sole discretion, disqualify the entry, remove or request removal of the content, and pursue any remedies available to it.

Content Rights & License

By entering, you confirm that your video is your own original content, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You confirm that everyone appearing in your video has consented to appear and to the use described here, and that any participants who are minors have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By entering, you grant BE FORWARD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display your submitted video, together with your name, likeness, and username, on BE FORWARD’s websites,
social media, and promotional materials, including a combined “BE FORWARD Family” video created from entries without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entries must be respectful and appropriate. BE FORWARD may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that is offensive, unlawful, misleading, or that violates the terms of the relevant social media platform.

The entrant shall not exercise moral rights in relation to the submitted video.

In the event a third party makes a claim for copyright or portrait rights infringement, or a demand for damages, the entrant shall resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage to BE FORWARD.

In addition to obtaining consent regarding the portrait rights of minors, the entrant shall not assert any rights.

Terms

BE FORWARD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless BE FORWARD and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his or her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; and (v) electronic or human error that may occur in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries.
