Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The Buy 5 Campaign is open to all BE FORWARD customers who purchase cars for Kenya, Uganda & South Sudan through the Three channels below.
(consignee country: Kenya, Uganda & South Sudan only)
① Buy Now
② BE FORWARD’s Local Agents
③ Japan Sales Office.
2. Campaign Period:
From 2023 Oct 15th (Sun) to January 14th 2024 (Sun)
3. How to Get the $700 DISCOUNT?
Purchase more than 5 cars during the campaign period.
Proceed with payment at least by January 25th (Thu). (Please read the requirements below)
The Discount will be granted to the 6th VEHICLE Immediately after the payment confirmation of the 5th vehicle payment is done.
4. How to Check the DISCOUNT Amount?
DISCOUNTS will be granted based on the following listed conditions.
For example, if you purchased 5 vehicles, you will Qualify for a $700 DISCOUNT on your 6th unit.
5. Buy 5 Conditions:
① The 6th vehicle should have a minimum price of $1,000 (FOB price).
② The 6th vehicle should be from BE FORWARD OWN STOCK Only.
③ The 6th vehicle should be purchased through any of the channels in number 4 below.
④ Combination of purchases through ① Buy Now, ② BE FORWARD’s Local Agents and ③ Japan Office is accepted.
⑤ The $700 DISCOUNT cannot be combined with any other discounts/promotions.
⑥ The campaign runs from 15th Oct to 14th Jan 2024.
⑦ The campaign is valid for sales to Kenya, Uganda & South Sudan only.
6. Requirements of Valid Purchase:
The following terms must be strictly followed.
a. Cars to Purchase:
Purchase any car from our stock list »
b. Date of Proforma Invoice Issuance:
Proforma Invoice must be issued from Oct 15th, 2023 (0:00 Japan Time) to Jan 14th, 2024 (23:59 Japan Time).
c. Confirmation of Payment:
Proceed with full or partial payment and get confirmation from BE FORWARD by January 25th (23:59 JST), 2024. Confirmation of payment by BE FORWARD will be notified by email.
The $700 DISCOUNT will be granted to the customers who meet all requirements above by Jan 25th at 23:59 JST. Sales / Local agent will inform you of your discount qualification – (Email, Phone call, WhatsApp, etc.)
Please keep a record of your purchases as well to know when you qualify for follow-up.
7. How to Redeem and use the $700 DISCOUNT:
① Contact the local agent near you and receive an Invoice.
② Show the Agent previous purchases and booking dates.
③ Agent/Sales will apply a $700 DISCOUNT on the 6th Unit based on the above conditions.
④ Await to receive a confirmation email/extension of $700 on your 6th purchase.
