How to Claim the Special Offers

To claim the Free Car Maintenance offer:

1. Visit one of our designated service provider offices during the campaign period.
2. Present:
   ・The BE FORWARD sticker on your vehicle
   ・Your vehicle’s chassis number

*This will help us verify your purchase record.
*One vehicle per customer only, so we can share this offer with more people!

To claim the Free Car Clearing offer:

Please inform your BF Sales Representative at the time of purchase.

BE FORWARD Tanzania (+255-222-924-120) will handle customs clearance and cannot be changed.

Important Notes:
*Customs clearance and maintenance services cannot be provided separately for different vehicles.
Both services apply only to the same vehicle purchased during the campaign period.

*The Free Car Clearing Offer covers only the agent fee (valued at $150 or approx. 400,000 TSh).
Any additional local fees (e.g. port storage) are the customer’s responsibility.
