About four generations of the GS have been manufactured since 1993. Each came with a 6-cylinder engine and rear-wheel drive. The 2nd and 3rd generations were offered the V8 engines, all-wheel drive and hybrid versions came out in 2005.
Identical in interior and exterior design, the Toyota Aristo and the GS differed in their transmission and engine combinations as well as equipment packages. The GS name stands for Grand Sedan.
The interior is superbly comfortable, soft and spacious to sit for long trips and you will not even feel tired. Some versions of the Aristo came with leather seats, navigation, and the sound might just make you think it has a stereo system set-up in the boot.
